Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in the sale of cloud-based products and services, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, Veeam, and Acronis. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of the UAE, a proven ability to manage a portfolio of at least 50 accounts, and a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and expand the customer base in Dubai and across the UAE.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and engaging with potential customers.
Cloud Solutions Expertise:
- Leverage expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, and other cloud solutions to communicate offerings and benefits effectively.
Market Analysis:
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the cloud services sector.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, conduct market research, and execute sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Performance Metrics:
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Presentations and Proposals:
- Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in Business Development/Sales in the IT industry, focusing on cloud services.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience in selling AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365 solutions, among others.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE market landscape, customer needs, and trends in cloud services.
- Account Management: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of at least 50 enterprise and SMB accounts.
- Performance Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
