Teachers (B.Ed) – Walk-in Drive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Develop and implement teaching strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage student behavior.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
• Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
• Stay updated with educational trends, teaching tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
• Prior teaching experience in schools is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
