Junior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution:

   • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing civil engineering projects.
   • Supervise on-site activities and ensure quality control in construction processes.

2. Design and Analysis:

   • Support senior engineers in designing layouts, structural frameworks, and detailed drawings.
   • Conduct basic calculations for structural integrity and materials estimation.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain daily progress reports and ensure proper documentation of project records.
   • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

4. Site Management:

   • Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure safety protocols are followed.
   • Address on-site challenges and provide solutions to ensure seamless workflow.

5. Coordination:

   • Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineering team members.
   • Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders and senior engineers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-3 years in civil engineering projects, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Good understanding of project management tools and processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
