Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential markets and customers for pumps and related products.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Generate leads and pursue potential customers through cold calling, networking, and order booking.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Offer accurate technical information to clients and recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the pump industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of pumps and their applications across various industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Salary Range:
- 5-7 LPA.
