Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in the telecom sector, particularly in B2B sales, to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth within the telecom industry.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the telecom sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Manage the sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, with experience in Vodafone or related telecom sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Other Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: RO 1,000 to RO 1,200 (based on experience and qualifications).
