Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve channel sales targets.
- Identify and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Team Leadership:
- Provide training, guidance, and support to sales executives to ensure they have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team and implement corrective measures to meet sales objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical client negotiations.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights into successes and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and technical specifications.
