Job Title: IT Manager (ERP Systems)
Experience Required: 7+ years in IT Management with ERP experience
Location: Kolhapur
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, management, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Ensure optimal system availability, performance, and security.
- Manage ERP-related projects including upgrades, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective IT operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and prepare analytical reports for management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve ERP systems.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure system security and compliance.
Qualifications:
