House Chef (Vegetarian Chef – Gujarat Cuisine)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic vegetarian dishes with a specialization in Gujarati cuisine.
• Plan and execute daily meal menus according to family preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ensure high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.
• Maintain and manage kitchen inventory, including sourcing and stocking ingredients.
• Adhere to nutritional standards and ensure food quality meets expectations.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients to avoid spoilage.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle occasional food preparation for family gatherings or small events.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation (Culinary degree preferred but not mandatory if skillfully experienced).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a professional chef specializing in vegetarian Gujarati cuisine.
