Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales / Customer Support Executives to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional support and selling services over the phone to international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and fluency.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly tone and fluent English accent.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software regularly.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and achieve business goals.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
Experience Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • Graduation (mandatory)
  • Post-graduation (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

  • Prior experience in an International BPO is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Skills and Competencies

  • Language: Fluent English speaking and writing skills, with no mother tongue influence.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive mindset.

Job Details

  • Experience: 0-2 years (Fresher candidates will be considered).
  • Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹27,000 (based on experience).
  • Vacancies: 6 (3 Male and 3 Female).
  • Work Timing: As per company standards.
