Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all production machines operate at optimum efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, performing necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Complete detailed reports and documentation, maintain equipment and spare parts records.
• Possess a solid understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as motors, belts, bearings, chains, gears, pumps, sensors, actuators, VFDs, relays, contactors, 3-phase systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.
• Ability to read and analyze electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical circuit diagrams.
• Utilize mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools effectively.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing systems and equipment in an automated plant.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong English language skills for reading and writing.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
