- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, helping to shape sales strategies and optimize results.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training sessions to ensure expertise in offerings.
- Competition and Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to overall team success.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade pass.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Personal Qualities: Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure.
- Age: 22 to 30 years.
