Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500 USD/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the operational metal plant.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the relevant industry sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the metal/industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to relocate to Nigeria and work in an operational plant setting.
- Experience working in international markets is a plus.
- Indian candidates are also preferred.
