Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Travel Consultant with experience in the travel industry to join our sales team. The role requires managing both FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) clients. You will assist in creating travel itineraries, provide travel solutions, and ensure excellent customer service to meet clients' needs.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and provide tailored travel solutions for FIT and GIT.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to design and book travel packages.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel products, services, and destinations.
- Assist clients in selecting the best travel options based on their requirements.
- Handle booking, changes, and cancellations as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the department.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Graduation required.
- Post-Graduation (if applicable).
Experience:
- Prior experience in the travel industry is mandatory (No fresher applicants).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (both spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in additional regional languages (South, North, West India) will be a first preference.
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good behavior and professionalism are a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
