Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate HTML/CSS/JavaScript faculty member to teach web development fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development expertise and the ability to teach web technologies effectively, ensuring learners gain career-ready skills in web development.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive courses on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, emphasizing practical applications and industry-ready skills.
- Design hands-on projects, coding exercises, and assignments that simulate real-world web development tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and best practices, incorporating them into the curriculum.
- Provide personalized mentorship and constructive feedback, guiding students and professionals throughout their learning journey.
- Create an interactive and collaborative learning environment that encourages active participation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in HTML4/5, CSS2/3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Practical experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular, or React.
- Strong understanding of modern web development principles, including web performance optimization and best practices.
Hiring Process:
First Round – Demo: Deliver a demo session on a core web development topic (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) to showcase your teaching abilities and your ability to engage learners effectively.
Second Round – Demo: Present a second demo session, focusing on a more advanced topic or skill set, such as responsive design or JavaScript frameworks.
Third Round – Personal Interview (Technical + Non-Technical): A combination of technical interview (covering web development concepts, coding challenges, etc.) and a non-technical interview (discussing your teaching style, approach to learner engagement, and career development strategies).
