Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with business stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities within the steel detailing industry in the US market.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, market intelligence, and personal experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive funnel sheet tracking all business opportunities.
• Explore new business avenues by reaching out to potential customers and scheduling meetings with upper management.
• Negotiate, close deals, and handle escalations in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal department stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and align strategies.
• Consistently meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and deadlines.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the Structural Steel Detailing business, specifically for the US market.
• Must be based in Texas, USA.
• In-depth knowledge of US geography as it relates to the structural steel detailing industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs impacting the industry.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation or Post-Graduation in any domain.

• The position is based on a commission/contract basis.
