Role Overview:

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager / Catering Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales, catering, and event management to drive corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience acquiring corporate clients, managing catering contracts, and overseeing F&B services for corporate events.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire corporate clients for catering and event services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, and Facility teams within client companies.
  • Pitch and close deals for regular corporate meal plans and event-based catering services.
  • Collaborate with event planners and corporate clients to design and deliver catering solutions for meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of catering and event services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to offer innovative solutions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, tracking performance against goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in corporate sales, catering sales, or event management.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in Bengaluru.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end catering and event sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of corporate meal plans, event catering trends, and F&B industry best practices.
