• Plan, execute, monitor, and resolve all client-related orders and queries.
• Follow up with clients regarding deliveries and re-engage them when new merchandise arrives.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to communicate effectively and assist clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, logistics) to align strategies and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include managing online inventory, regular uploads, and curations on the website.
  • Oversee receiving and dispatching merchandise with quality checks, sizing confirmations, and applicable payments to vendors.
