• Follow up with clients on deliveries and re-engage them when new merchandise is available.

• Stay updated with industry trends to effectively communicate value and provide the best customer assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, logistics) to ensure alignment of strategies and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Manage online inventory with regular uploads, shuffling, and curations on the website.
  • Oversee receiving and dispatching merchandise, ensuring quality checks, sizing confirmations, and vendor payments are completed.
