Location: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Chennai, & Gurgaon
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our virtual/diploma courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, sales, and business development within the education (Engineering colleges) sector.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions
- Guide potential clients through the sales process
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in business development and management
- Strong background in lead generation and sales process setup
- Edtech industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA/BBA preferred) or any degree with relevant experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related software
