Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Executive will be responsible for communication, customer service, customer support, sales, and training related to software training programs. The ideal candidate will handle the entire sales process, including explaining IT certification courses to clients/learners and closing deals.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product and service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and performance.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
Qualifications:
