AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development – Design and implement machine learning models for optimizing decision-making, security, and automation in blockchain systems.
• AI-Augmented Security & Threat Detection – Develop real-time AI-driven fraud detection and risk scoring for decentralized networks.
• Smart Contract Optimization & Gas Efficiency – Build AI models to enhance contract execution, transaction prioritization, and gas optimization.
• Predictive Analytics for Blockchain Networks – Develop models to forecast transaction loads, network congestion, and market behavior in blockchain ecosystems.
• NLP for AI-Assisted Blockchain Interaction – Work with LLM-based query processing, automated governance, and AI-driven contract auditing.
• On-Chain & Off-Chain AI Processing – Architect AI models that work efficiently both on-chain and off-chain (via AI engines and oracles).
• Testing & Performance Optimization – Validate, benchmark, and optimize AI models for accuracy, security, and efficiency.
• Collaboration with Blockchain Engineers – Work closely with blockchain teams to integrate AI-driven automation and intelligence into decentralized systems.

Must-Have Skills

• Machine Learning & AI Algorithms – Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Deep Learning Frameworks – Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX for model development and deployment.
• NLP & Large Language Models (LLMs) – Experience with AI-assisted governance, smart contract analysis, and automation using NLP.
• AI & Blockchain Integration – Understanding of how AI models interact with decentralized networks, including on-chain and off-chain execution.
• Optimization Techniques – Experience with model efficiency, inference acceleration, and cost-effective AI execution.
• Python & AI Development – Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in ML libraries and distributed AI training and deployment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) & AI-Driven Security – Experience in network analysis, anomaly detection, and AI cybersecurity applications.
• Reinforcement Learning for Decentralized Systems – Familiarity with AI-driven decision-making in governance and protocol automation.
• AI for Smart Contract Auditing & Security – Exposure to automated security scanning, vulnerability detection, and adversarial AI testing.
• AI-Powered Data Indexing & Analytics – Knowledge of big data architectures for indexing and querying blockchain datasets.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
• 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, particularly in blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity.
