Assistant Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process in the almond processing facility, ensuring efficient machine operation and high product quality.
• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of 6-8 production technicians, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
• Handle machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, specifically related to PLC systems and electrical components.
• Monitor production lines to ensure equipment is functioning properly and address any production issues quickly.
• Maintain and update production records, reports, and data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUM, and Pivot Tables.
• Implement and enforce production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Assist in process improvements and optimization of production workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or machinery maintenance, preferably within manufacturing industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC systems and electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUM, Pivot Tables) for tracking and reporting production data.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 6-8 members.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
