- Manage the complete importation process.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders (FF), Custom Brokers, and Shipping Lines.
- Coordinate with foreign suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle import documentation and Letters of Credit.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouses for proper inventory management.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Hands-on experience with MM module of SAP S4 Hana.
