We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality-tested products. Job Responsibilities:

Follow written procedures and inspection criteria to ensure test coverage.

Identify test requirements from product specifications and design test coverage plans.

Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts.

Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on test objectives.

Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.

Focus on deadlines and deliverables to quickly identify defects and bugs during testing phases.

Communicate clearly (written and verbal) to write detailed test plans and test cases, and report bugs to developers and other stakeholders.

Use creative problem-solving to translate technical requirements into actionable test plans and scripts.

Liaise with development, project management, and customer support teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute automated test cases as per the specifications and coding standards.

Ensure test coverage is comprehensive, identifying gaps and improving test quality.

Deliver QA reports in a timely manner and ensure products meet the required quality standards.

Take ownership of the automation testing process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Apply hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools like Selenium, Python, Java, and TestNG.

Experience Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Python, Java, and TestNG for automation testing.
Experience in test case development, data validation, and test script creation.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to focus on deadlines and ensure high-quality test results.
Understanding of QA best practices and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with development and project management processes.
