Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills along with a proven track record in lead generation, revenue generation, and proposal writing. Experience in the IT service industry is preferred; however, candidates with a background in sales, marketing, or insurance sales will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various online bidding platforms.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client interaction, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
  • Responsible for online bidding activities, including client communication, project negotiation, and conversion into successful deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Prepare and execute email marketing strategies to generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development, digital marketing, gaming, and branding industries.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle from bidding to closing the sale.
