Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills along with a proven track record in lead generation, revenue generation, and proposal writing. Experience in the IT service industry is preferred; however, candidates with a background in sales, marketing, or insurance sales will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various online bidding platforms.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client interaction, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
- Responsible for online bidding activities, including client communication, project negotiation, and conversion into successful deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Prepare and execute email marketing strategies to generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
