Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various digital media.
• Utilize research and lead generation tools effectively, including social and business media platforms.
• Develop a comprehensive digital marketing resource with skills across SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, social media advertising, social media campaigns, and conversion optimization.
• Analyze and present results of digital marketing campaigns to assess performance.
• Ensure effective web-based marketing strategies to generate and sell leads.
• Deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard while maintaining quality and performance.
• Use reporting and analytics to improve the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in a digital marketing environment, particularly in digital lead generation.
• Expertise in end-to-end lead generation, with a focus on Organic and SEO strategies.
• Team leadership experience would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Cost Per Lead (CPL) and digital marketing channels.
• Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Resource management experience and the ability to coordinate projects effectively.
• Ability to work and liaise at the Board level with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in customer segmentation and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of managing creative processes with external agencies, from briefing to implementation.
• Experience in managing websites within WordPress, with basic knowledge of HTML.
