QA (Automation)

Job Description:

• Test Planning & Design: Identify test requirements from product specifications and map them to test case requirements. Develop a comprehensive test coverage plan.
• Test Case Development: Create, document, and maintain functional test cases, test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated test scripts.
• Test Case Reviews: Lead and facilitate test plan and test case reviews with cross-functional team members.
• Validation: Ensure validated deliverables meet the functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Deadline & Deliverables Focus: Stay focused on deadlines, ensuring that defects and bugs are found quickly and efficiently.
• Clear Communication: Write clear and concise test plans and test cases, communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders effectively.
• Problem Solving: Solve technical issues creatively and translate technical requirements into test plans and scripts.
• Cross-Team Liaison: Collaborate effectively with development, project management, and customer support teams to ensure smooth testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test cases based on specifications and coding standards.
• Deliver timely QA reports and ensure the product is tested thoroughly before delivery.
• Ensure automated testing is effectively carried out using Selenium, Python, Java, and TestNG.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing, particularly using Selenium, Python, Java, and TestNG.
• Strong understanding of test case design, test planning, and documentation.
• Proven ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables while identifying defects quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable test plans.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, including development, project management, and customer support.
