Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Counselor / Counselor to guide students interested in pursuing overseas education in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding student preferences and providing tailored counseling support.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, guiding them through the application process.
Understand student interests and provide personalized counseling.
Train candidates for telephonic interviews as required.
Maintain effective communication and follow-ups to ensure a smooth process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in counseling or education consulting.
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
A student-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Annual CTC: ₹3.60L - ₹4.20L (Based on skills and experience).
