Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Asst. Manager/Manager – Outbound Tours (International Holidays) for Sales & Operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of FIT/GIT international holiday packages, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client satisfaction.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of outbound tourist destinations, designing itineraries, and costing.
- Manage the operational aspects of International Tour Packages, including hotel bookings, coordinating with DMCs, hotels, transporters, and handling agents.
- Issue travel vouchers, oversee airport transfers, and ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Handle operations independently and ensure positive client feedback.
- Prepare MIS & Monthly Sales Reports.
- Negotiate with vendors, hotels, and transporters for better pricing.
- Manage and lead a team efficiently.
- Expertise in Far East, USA, and Europe travel sectors.
- Book hotels using online portals and negotiate directly with service providers.
- Assist with tour itinerary planning, air ticketing, visa processing, and travel insurance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Local language proficiency (Telugu is an advantage).
- Punctual, hardworking, honest, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Prior experience in Travel & Tourism is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field is an advantage.
- Experience in outbound tours with 4+ years in the travel & tourism industry.
- Knowledge of various travel domains, including leisure, corporate, and group tours.
