We are looking for an Assistant General Manager – Sales to lead and drive revenue growth in Rooms, Banquets, and Food & Beverage sales. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Rooms, Banquets, and F&B.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Work closely with the sales team to acquire and retain corporate and individual clients.
- Drive occupancy rates and banquet bookings through innovative sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Client Relationship Management:
- Handle key corporate accounts and oversee new client acquisition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through personalized client engagement.
- Manage client negotiations and contract finalization to maximize revenue.
- Work in coordination with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Conduct regular sales training and development programs.
- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Hold weekly sales meetings to review pipeline, targets, and strategies.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly sales reports and MIS.
- Work closely with the General Manager and senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Ensure effective pricing strategies and revenue management.
Business Development & Networking:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
