Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management & Organization

• Maintain and organize a large variety of SKUs in the store and warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage of tools, materials, and equipment.

2. Daily Stock Reporting

• Update daily inward and outward stock movements.
• Track stock transactions and report any discrepancies.

3. Stock Coordination

• Communicate stock shortages, depletions, and concerns to management.
• Ensure smooth material flow with proper documentation.

4. Issuance & Return of Materials

• Maintain accurate records of material issuance.
• Ensure the return of high-value tools and equipment before the end of each shift.

5. Stock Audits & Quality Control

• Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance.

6. Inventory Targets & Optimization

• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Take corrective actions to align inventory levels with records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in inventory management, storekeeping, or warehouse management.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good communication in English and Hindi (Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is an advantage).
  • Email correspondence and reporting skills.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Smartphone and two-wheeler required (if not staying at factory premises).
  • Willing to relocate near the manufacturing unit.
