Flight Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee flight handling operations for non-scheduled flights.
• Prepare and submit flight handling applications and necessary documentation to government departments.
• Maintain strong coordination with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) for smooth operations.
• Liaise with airport cargo warehouses and ensure proper handling of cargo-related documents.
• Supervise non-scheduled flights to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth execution.
• Draft and communicate formal emails professionally.
• Utilize complete computer knowledge for data entry, documentation, and coordination.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• 6-7 years of experience in flight operations, specifically handling non-scheduled flights.
• Strong knowledge of flight handling regulations and documentation processes.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
