Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods, including doughnuts, cheesecakes, sourdough breads, and pita bread for pockets.

  • Ensure consistency and quality of bakery products as per set standards.

  • Manage ingredient inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section.

  • Develop new recipes and experiment with innovative baking techniques.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

  • Monitor baking times and oven temperatures for optimal results.

Education & Skills Required:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or a related field.

  • Special Course (Preferred): Certification in Baking and Pastry Arts.

  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills.

  • Languages Known: Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred).

  • Key Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

    • Creativity in developing new bakery items.

    • Time management and ability to work under pressure.

    • Attention to detail and precision in measurements.

    • Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
