Mixologist

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.

• Innovate and create new cocktails and mocktails based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, stocking ingredients, and minimizing wastage.

• Interact with customers professionally, providing recommendations and an engaging experience.

• Train and mentor junior staff in bar operations and beverage preparation techniques.

• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and company policies.

Educational & Skill Requirements:

• Graduation in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).

• Special certifications in Mixology or Bartending (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and creativity in beverage presentation.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
