Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent service skills.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist in table setting, clearing, and refilling water and beverages.
Process payments and ensure proper billing procedures.
Follow health and safety regulations as per restaurant policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: No specific degree required; basic schooling preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role (Freshers may be considered).
Personal Attributes & Skills:
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Language Requirements:
Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
Salary Range:
₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
