Identify and establish partnerships with international distributors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand global market reach.
Conduct market research to identify potential regions for business growth.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 6 to 7 years in international sales or business development, preferably in distributor management.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of international trade and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
