Job Title: Accountant

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Create and update expense reports.
Process reimbursement forms.
Prepare bank deposits and maintain transaction records.
Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
Verify accuracy in spreadsheets and financial reports.
Maintain both digital and physical financial records.
Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
Review and file payroll documents.
Assist in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an accounting firm or financial consultancy.
Education: B.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with finance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP.
Key Competencies:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage financial records.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Communication: Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.
