Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Continental dishes.

• Knowledge of Chinese and other cuisines is an added advantage.

• Manage all kitchen operations, including meal planning, grocery procurement, and food preparation.

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.

• Maintain high-quality food standards and presentation.

• Adapt recipes and menus based on dietary preferences and requirements.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in Indian and Continental cuisine.

• No freshers; only experienced candidates should apply.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English.

• Pleasant communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities efficiently.
