Job Responsibilities:
Build claims from delay heads and draft demand/invocation notices.
Prepare and manage documents related to arbitration matters in coordination with legal teams.
Ensure timely execution of contract and claims-related activities.
Handle planning, billing, and arbitration processes effectively.
Education & Qualifications:
Graduation: B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Post-Graduation: Not mandatory.
Preferred Institutes: NITs & other Tier-1 Engineering Colleges.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of contracts, planning, billing, and arbitration.
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to meet deadlines with a competent and analytical approach.
Personal Attributes:
High IQ with problem-solving skills.
