Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify delay heads from communications and contract agreements.

  • Assist in preparing and managing documentation related to arbitration matters.

  • Support the team in contract, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract terms.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduation: B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Post-Graduation: Not mandatory.

  • Preferred Institutes: NITs & other Tier-1 Engineering Colleges.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, planning, billing, and arbitration.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

  • Ability to meet deadlines with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.

Personal Attributes:

  • High IQ with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
