Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Holiday Sales Expert to join our dynamic travel sales team. If you have a love for travel, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into successful bookings, this role is for you. You’ll be instrumental in crafting unforgettable holiday experiences for our clients by offering tailored travel solutions for domestic and international tours.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and offer the best tour package deals for both domestic and outbound travel.

  • Generate sales and drive revenue by promoting holiday packages to destinations in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

  • Handle client interactions across multiple channels:

    • Emails: Respond with detailed, personalized travel solutions.

    • Live Chats: Provide real-time support and consultation.

    • Inbound Calls: Manage incoming inquiries and convert leads into bookings.

    • Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients and close sales.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to drive repeat business and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Plan, customize, and sell travel itineraries and promotional packages.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals effectively.

  • In-depth knowledge of major tourist destinations and travel trends.

  • 2–5 years of experience in holiday package sales or a similar role in the travel industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree (IATA certification or a diploma in Travel and Tourism is an added advantage).

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
