2. Senior Billing Manager
Ø Quarterly
preparation of cost to complete
Ø Preparing
cost comparison statement (Planned vs. Actual)
Ø Reconciliation (quantities & material) of major
items.
Ø Ensuring
all the changes to the scope is recorded and amendments are made for approvals.
Ø Preparation
of BOQ, floating enquires, vendor finalisation, scope finalization.
Ø Quantity estimation.
Experience Requirements:
Ø Preparation & certification of client bill
manual and in SAP
Ø Preparation and certification of Subcontractors
billing manual and in SAP
Ø Rate analysis for Non BOQ items manually and in SAP
Ø Timely
follow up for zero holdup of payment of running account bills
Ø Monitoring
Labour costing report wrt PSE.
Ø Co-ordination with Regional office and site team for smooth progress of work
