Primary Responsibilities :
• Sourcing CVs as per the JDs through various job portals.
• Prepare JDs in the specific format.
• Maintain recruitment tracker.
• Maintain daily interview calling data profile wise/company wise.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Assets issuance i.e. sim cards, visiting cards, laptops etc. and Maintain the record.
• Maintain Employee master and Exit employee file.
• Documentation of new joiners.
• Provide guidance and support to the managers on HR matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as required.
• Design and implement HR manuals.
• Monitor every employee to follow the HR manuals.
• UAN and ESIC generation of new employees.
• Sim card bills follow ups.
• Fuel expense calculation and other expense reimbursement.
• Any other work is given by top management.
Experience Requirements:
Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master degree in HR, or a
related field (preferred). (or equivalent work experience)
Who Can Apply • Anyone with the relevant experience of 2 - 3 years in the same profile.
