Primary Responsibilities :

Job Title: Android Developer

Location: In-Office (Full-time, 5 days a week)

Work Hours: 10–12 hours per day

Compensation: ₹10 – ₹15 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an Android Developer with solid experience in Java and Kotlin to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications. You should be passionate about solving real-world problems and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin

  • Apply design patterns like MVC, MVP, and MVVM

  • Work on multi-threaded programming and Jetpack components

  • Integrate REST APIs using Volley/Retrofit

  • Implement image loading libraries like Picasso or Glide

  • Utilize Android support libraries and Firebase services (e.g., Crashlytics, Remote Config, Notifications)

  • Follow best practices in mobile architecture and design

  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver seamless user experiences


Experience Requirements:

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Android development

  • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin

  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

  • Familiarity with Android Jetpack and multi-threaded programming

  • Knowledge of design patterns like Singleton, Factory, Observer, Builder, Adapter

  • Experience with UI components such as Themes, Navigation Drawers, TabLayouts

  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for mobile

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Familiarity with analytics and engagement tools like Firebase Analytics or CleverTap

  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end development
