Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Education Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive guidance to students aiming to pursue higher education abroad. This role demands in-depth knowledge of international education systems, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized counseling sessions to evaluate students’ academic background, interests, and career objectives.

Recommend appropriate countries, institutions, courses, and scholarships tailored to individual student profiles.

Guide students through the entire application process, including documentation, forms, and visa procedures.

Liaise with international universities and institutions to gather and share up-to-date admission requirements and program details.

Plan and conduct informational seminars, workshops, and events for students and parents.

Establish and nurture partnerships with global educational institutions and government bodies.

Stay current with trends in international education, immigration policies, and visa regulations.

Support marketing and outreach initiatives to attract prospective students.

Mentor junior counselors, interns, and administrative staff when necessary.

Maintain accurate and organized records of counseling sessions and student applications within the CRM system.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience in education counseling, especially in international student recruitment.
Strong knowledge of global education systems, top study destinations, academic programs, and application procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
Passionate about guiding students towards fulfilling academic and career opportunities abroad.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
