Primary Responsibilities :
Detailed Work Profile- An administrator and inventory manager who can effectively manage our stocks and inventory and update it on a regular basis. He should be able to calculate our production capacity
1. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or inventory software.
2. Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely reordering and deliveries.
4. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to forecast inventory needs based on sales and seasonal trends.
Experience Requirements:
5. Implement FIFO and proper storage practices to reduce spoilage and food waste.
6. Check deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies.
7. Maintain records for audits, including invoices, inventory logs, and waste reports.
8. Generate inventory and usage reports to support cost control and menu planning.
9. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations regarding storage and handling.
