We are looking for a Sales & Operations Associate who is enthusiastic about sales, operations, and client servicing. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for field execution, account handling, and business support.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting the sales team in business development activities.
Coordinate and support client meetings, pitch preparations, and proposal documentation.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
Support presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
Track campaign metrics and generate performance insights.
Handle daily operations, including coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Assist in managing collections and ensuring timely client payments.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
Ensure timely reporting and support during weekly review meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline with 2–5 years of experience in sales support, client servicing, or operations.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Comfortable communicating in English and local languages.
Team player with a proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset.
Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, client-facing role within the media industry.
