This role involves generating leads, making sales calls, managing the CRM system, and meeting set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals

  • Negotiate and close deals with key customers

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand alignment

  • Stay informed about new product launches and ensure the sales team is well-versed in product offerings
