Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced and skilled dental specialist with expertise in Endodontics and/or Orthodontics to provide high-quality patient care in a private dental practice setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical proficiency, excellent patient management skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of dental care.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat diseases related to the dental pulp and surrounding periapical tissues
Perform root canal therapy, endodontic retreatments, apicoectomies, and other surgical and non-surgical endodontic procedures
Utilize advanced dental tools and technologies such as operating microscopes, digital radiography, and rotary instrumentation
Maintain accurate patient records, communicate comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure effective follow-up care
Collaborate with general dentists and dental specialists to deliver interdisciplinary treatment
Strictly adhere to sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-procedure recovery
Required Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of post-specialization clinical experience
Proven expertise in handling complex endodontic/orthodontic cases
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from a recognized university
Master’s Degree (MDS) in Endodontics or Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics (or Orthodontics)
Additional certification/training in microsurgical endodontics, laser dentistry, or orthodontics is preferred
Personal Attributes:
Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail
Calm, empathetic demeanor with the ability to manage patients with dental anxiety
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Communication Skills:
Fluent in English (Mandatory)
Basic French preferred (not required); translator support available
Clear verbal and written communication for patient care and interprofessional collaboration
Key Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of modern endodontic/orthodontic theories and techniques
Proficiency in using contemporary dental technologies (CBCT, rotary endo systems, digital imaging)
High ethical standards and dedication to patient safety
Adaptability to a multicultural, team-oriented work environment
Commitment to continuous professional development
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: USD $2,800 – $3,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
