Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily client support function with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Assist the Product and Business Development functions.
Lead and mentor a team of experienced staff members with 3+ years of experience.
Expand and manage a global clientele, providing exceptional support to existing clients and managing internal operations.
Drive business growth by participating in the development of sales, digital marketing, and market research functions.
Lead the front-end of the business, focusing on creating and applying effective client communication to drive sustainable business growth.
Study competition and evolving markets to assist in product development.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships with impeccable customer service.
Interact with high-potential clients globally to discuss product offerings.
Manage headcount requirements and assist in hiring as necessary.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance management to junior team members.
Stay updated on financial services industry developments and current events.
Study ongoing economic events in global capital markets and assist in writing research reports and publications for global clients.
Handle additional work streams required for the growth and development of the business.
Qualification and Skills Required:
Education: CA, MBA in Finance, MA in Economics, M.Com.
Experience: 8-10 years of work experience, with 5-7 years in a global client support role within the financial services industry.
Team Leadership: Prior experience in leading teams.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, interest in learning new financial products, excellent command of English.
Other: Ability to multitask and manage multiple functions simultaneously.
